CrQ in the Age of AI
Creative Intelligence (CrQ) in the Age of AI | Flourish with Gaia
THE CONTEXT
Supported by a team of experts, Canadian-based Gaia Orion is an artist and creativity facilitator offering workshops that blend artistic practice, mindfulness, and human development. She had built a strong foundation through her work and a clear commitment to helping individuals and teams unlock creative potential — but needed a structured corporate offering that could become her defining product and support growth within organizations.
THE CHALLENGE
Corporate training programs often default to the conventional: standardized workshops, rigid formats, and surface-level engagement. Gaia wanted something different — experiences that would meaningfully activate creativity, deepen team connection, and position her work as a relevant and strategic capability in the age of AI. At the same time, her work needed to be translated into a format that would resonate with corporate stakeholders and clearly align with the needs of Human Resources, Learning & Development, and innovation teams.
WHAT WE BUILT
We conceived and structured a full corporate learning offer centered around creative intelligence, designed for teams operating in fast-evolving, AI-influenced environments.
The offer was built around clearly defined program formats — workshops, training series, and strategic sessions — each designed to support specific organizational goals and learning outcomes.
Each program bridges creative practice, reflective exercises, and applied thinking — inviting participants to actively engage in the creative process rather than passively consume content. The work reframes creativity as a practical tool for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
I led the refinement of target audiences, the structuring of the offer and training architecture, and the alignment of the marketing approach — ensuring the programs speak directly to corporate decision-makers while preserving the depth and integrity of Gaia’s methodology.
The framework developed now serves as the foundation for Gaia Orion’s corporate offering — a system designed to scale across teams and organizations.
THE OUTCOME
A clear, structured, and market-ready corporate offer that speaks clearly to corporate executives.
The work established a strong positioning for Gaia Orion within the corporate learning space, aligning her programs with the needs of HR, Learning & Development, and innovation teams.
The framework now provides a solid foundation for growth, enabling consistent delivery, clearer communication, and expanded opportunities for partnerships and organizational integration.
