French-American Chamber of Commerce
Reinventing Leadership Training for Entrepreneurs and Executives
THE CONTEXT
The French-American Chamber of Commerce – New York is one of the most established bilingual business networks in the city, connecting French and American executives across industries. Their members are founders, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs who've built careers on results — and who have limited patience for training that doesn't deliver.
THE CHALLENGE
Leadership presence is one of the most valuable — and least taught — professional skills. Most training focuses on frameworks and theory. What executives actually need is to feel the difference in their own body: how they hold a room, how they use their voice, how they command attention without forcing it. FACC wanted something that would create that shift, not just explain it.
WHAT WE BUILT
We designed and delivered The Art of Charismatic Leadership. Rather than lecturing on leadership theory, participants experienced presence as a physical and vocal practice: how posture shifts perception, how voice placement changes authority, how language and timing become tools of genuine influence.
The session translated stage techniques into boardroom skills — giving executives a new framework for showing up in high-stakes moments, from investor pitches to difficult conversations to large-group presentations.
THE OUTCOME
Participants left with tools they could use the next day — and the referrals that followed confirmed the workshop had hit something real.
The workshop generated strong participant feedback and led directly to referrals and new client relationships. For a room full of skeptical, high-achieving professionals, that's the clearest possible signal.
