This capsule invited participants to reconnect with their inner stillness as a source of clarity and authentic leadership. Drawing on narrative flow, sensory imagery, and guided reflection, I crafted a written and spoken journey that encourages leaders to pause, recenter, and create from a grounded state of awareness.
