WHO WE DESIGN FOR
Our work focuses primarily on two audiences: children and professionals.
For children, we design educational programs and learning ecosystems that go beyond the transmission of knowledge. We create environments where children can experiment, imagine, collaborate, question, build, and think — developing the skills, confidence, and critical thinking they will need to navigate a future we cannot yet fully anticipate.
For corporate professionals and organizations, we design learning, leadership, community, and engagement experiences that support both performance and well-being. Our work explores communication, leadership, culture, adaptability, and the human capabilities becoming increasingly essential in a workplace transformed by AI.
We partner with organizations to develop brand-aligned educational programs and community experiences — transforming their expertise, values, and objectives into experiences their audiences can genuinely connect with and participate in.
OUR APPROACH
We combine strategy, program architecture, business thinking, multisensory design and storytelling, implementation, and data-informed evaluation.
We consider the entire experience: what the organization is trying to achieve, who it wants to reach, what will meaningfully engage that audience, how the program can be implemented, and how its impact can be understood and improved over time.
The result: experiences that are imaginative and deeply human, but also structured, intentional, and grounded in concrete objectives.

THE FOUNDER
Stardust Immersive was founded by Anna Cley, whose career has unfolded at the intersection of worlds that rarely meet.
Trained as an aerospace engineer, she worked on European space programs before building an international career as an opera singer. Her path later expanded into cognitive psychology, education, entrepreneurship, creative strategy, and leadership development.
This unusual combination became the foundation of Stardust Immersive.
Engineering brought analytical thinking and structure. The performing arts brought storytelling, embodiment, emotion, and a deep understanding of what captures human attention. Education brought a deeper understanding of how we learn. Entrepreneurship and business development brought the ability to turn ideas into viable programs and experiences.
Today, these perspectives come together in a practice that moves naturally between strategy and creativity, data and intuition, vision and implementation.
